No. Also, postage and packaging to everywhere are free.
IF I ORDER A FRAMED PRINT, WHAT TYPE OF FRAME WILL I RECEIVE? CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN?
I offer white frames for A3 (420 x 297 mm) and A4 prints (297 x 210 mm), and black for 5" x 7" prints. If you prefer a different frame, please inform me when ordering. Different frames may be more expensive; however, a quote can be provided.
ARE CARD BORDERS PROVIDED FOR FRAMED PRINTS?
I place a white card border (on which I record in pencil the image title and my signature) inside all frames. Borders prevent the print from eventually sticking to the frame.
WHAT IS THE IMAGE RESOLUTION?
Most images were taken at 21 million pixels using the Canon 5D Mark II. Some others were taken at 4 million pixels using the Fuji Finepix S5500. Further information can be provided on request.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER IS USED FOR PRINTS?
High quality photographic paper. Note that unless otherwise requested, a white border is printed around around the image on all prints.
WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING IS USED FOR POSTAGE?
7”x5” framed prints and A4 framed prints are bubble wrapped and securely placed in bubble wrap envelopes.
A3 framed prints are bubble wrapped and securely placed in A3 sized cardboard boxes.
A4 and A3 prints are placed in protective plastic sleeves in cardboard tubes.
7”x5” prints are placed in strong cardboard envelopes.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
The standard method I accept is PayPal. PayPal is a secure, internationally recognised, business which allows payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. With PayPal, I have no access to customers' debit/credit card numbers or any other customer financial data.
If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer or by cheque / postal order this can be arranged by contacting me prior to making a purchase.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Please allow up to ten working days for delivery. I will inform you by email after receiving your order and when your delivery has been dispatched.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST?
Please contact me with any requests. All requests, whether related to frame type, location, prints larger than A3 size, panoramic images etc. are gladly considered.
HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER?
The number on your gift voucher is unique. To use your voucher please email me at MartinBakerPhotography@gmail.com or send me a message using the ‘Contact’ section of this website. Please include the voucher number in your message. Your voucher has no expiry date and you do not have to use all of it at once.
DO YOU HAVE ANY IMAGES OTHER THAN THOSE IN THE GALLERIES?
I have a large collection of digital photos and of film photos from my pre-digital days. If there is an image of a particular location you would like which you don’t see in my galleries, please contact me using the Contact Form. I may have what you’re looking for.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WTH MY PURCHASE?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you will be given a full refund, including return postage costs, on the return of your purchase. All prints, including their packaging, should be returned. Please contact me using the Contact Form prior to returning any purchases.
